Jon is very excited to present the release of his new all-original, all-guitar instrumental CD titled Cascadia. The title track became Jon's first YouTube music video on his website in the summer of 2007.
The new CD of Cascadia, Jon's eighth career album, features 11 cuts in 52 minutes of music. Working as a solo composer and artist, Jon plays all the instruments on the record, including acoustic, twelve string, bass, and lead and slide guitars, as well as keyboards. And what a diverse and interesting collection of guitar styles to entertain you!
Kicking it all off is 'Gathering of Spirits,' featuring Jon's driving lead guitar. The tempo relaxes nicely in the very deep and reflective songs 'Swirl of Cyan' and 'Pools' before the pace quickens once again with the album's title track of Cascadia.
We travel to the far Southwest English coast of Cornwall in the soft soothing melody of 'Land's End.' Then it's deja vu all over again with the 1960's stylistic track 'Are You Listening.' The 'Moody Blues' meet 'Jethro Tull?' Hmmmm.....what do you think?
Two peppy diversions titled 'Jazzy Twelve' and 'Southern Drawl' are next in line before we head west, to the American Southwest, for 'Just West of Laredo.' Keep an eye out for those steers, pardner! The very popular 'Rollin' Along' brings us back home again.

Going Home is Jon's latest release and many are considering this to be his finest solo piano release to date. The new album is comprised of ten cuts recorded in September 2005. Utilizing a Kawai RX-7 concert grand piano for the recordings, this fine instrument faithfully captures and translates the subtle nuances and outstanding audible tones directly from Jon's fingers. From the opening 'The Nimble Gypsie' with its infectious melody, to the soft and reflective 'Vera Lived Here, Autumn Moon and Indigo Dreams,' and finishing with the contemplative yet dramatic 'Waters Rising,' this solo piano album is truly an excellent piece of work by Jon. If solo piano is a musical style that you and yours truly love, this album is a must for your CD collection.

Pacific Point of View is an all-instrumental solo grand piano recorded and released in 2003. This album features twelve original compositions. Pacific Point of View was recorded utilizing two excellent grand pianos: a Kawai Concert Grand piano, the second, a Yamaha Grand piano. Jon's playing style is melodic and beautiful, yet simple and uncomplicated. The album begins with a short opening prelude of elegant strings heralding the first cut of 'Ride the Wild Horses, then is filed with pure piano as Jon weaves and winds his way through 12 cuts. Be sure and listen for the low rumble of thunder and light rainfall in 'Rainy Morning in Paris,' the nimble paws of a Jack Russell Terrier in 'Dimples In the Closet,' to the delicate touch and smooth movement of the piano keys in 'Day of the Stallions.'
